Supply of Mechanical Components

Bidders must ensure that their offered products meet stringent technical specifications and quality standards set by the Ministry of Defence. The materials utilized should assure high-quality and performance, supported by appropriate documentation of quality assurance and certifications.

The Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) is a financial assurance that bidders must submit along with their bid. This deposit shows a bidder’s commitment and helps in safeguarding against unqualified bidding. The exact amount of the EMD will be specified in the tender documentation.

Bidders are required to submit their documentation electronically via the allocated e-procurement portal. All submissions must be complete and must include all necessary technical and financial documents. Any late submissions will be automatically disqualified.
