Bidders are required to submit valid business licenses, quality assurance certifications, and documents evidencing adherence to safety standards for the foldable wheelchairs. Documentation showcasing compliance with necessary regulations, such as ISO certifications, may also be requested.

The registration process involves creating an account on the specified e-procurement platform designated by the Shipping & Ports Department. Bidders must complete their profile, upload necessary documents, and submit their tender proposals electronically before the stipulated deadline.

Bidders must submit their proposals in PDF format to ensure the documents maintain their integrity and are easily accessible. Any supplementary files, such as graphical depictions or product specifications, can also be included in compressed formats (.zip) if necessary.

The payment terms usually stipulate a milestone-based payment system, where a portion of the payment is released upon delivery confirmation, followed by complete payment post-inspection and acceptance of the foldable wheelchairs, as outlined in the contract agreement.
