Scope of Work and Objectives

These air beds are intended for medical use, to enhance patient comfort and meet healthcare standards in the Tata Memorial Hospital. Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for participation in this bidding process, bidders must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years of past experience in supplying similar items to Central or State Government organizations/PSUs is required.
• Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSEs) and startups are exempt from the experience criteria under certain conditions (details provided in the documentation).

Technical Requirements

• OEM Authorization Certificates.

Financial Requirements

1. Signed Affidavit on Non-Judicial Stamp Paper.
2. PAN Card.
3. GST Registration Certificate.
4. Documentary evidence, including financial documents from the last three years (e.g., audited balance sheets).
5. OEM authorization, product catalog/brochures, and certification regarding compliance with Make in India (MII) stipulations.

All documents must be submitted digitally via the GeM portal for quality evaluation.

Special Provisions

• MSE Exemption: MSEs will be exempt from the turnover and experience criteria provided the technical requirements are fulfilled.
• Startup Exemption: Startups may also avail exemptions in a similar manner as MSEs.

Evaluation Process

The evaluation of bids will take place based on the total value wise evaluation method, with emphasis placed on meeting technical specifications and the submission of required documentation. Bidders with documented past performance exceeding 80% are preferred.

Delivery Locations

Successful bidders will be required to ensure deliveries are made to Tata Memorial Hospital, Dr. Ernest Borges Marg, Parel, Mumbai - 400012. It is mandatory that installation and commissioning are completed within 30 days of delivery.
