The Ministry of Defence, through the Department of Military Affairs, invites bids under reference number 15e90dae4 for a comprehensive project aimed at the construction and material supply for an 8-layer Volleyball Court. Scope of Work and Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to facilitate the construction of a robust Volleyball Court equipped with the latest technology and materials. The scope includes the following critical components:

Labour and Material of Asphalt Base

(a) Providing of laying of inch thick WBM, in one layer only with Hard Stone at site, the same will be compacted. (b) Laying of Asphalt BM in 80/100 Grade Bitumen for 25 mm thickness in 19 mm Store aggregate. (c) Laying of Asphalt BM in 80/100 Grade Bitumen for 25 mm thickness in 6-8 mm stone aggregate and providing Tie wall. (d) Constructing of area drainage on one side depending on the site conditions for effective drainage of rain water having a depth of 6 inch.

Volleyball Court Accessories with Supply and Fixing Volleyball Pole.

(a) Volleyball Pole Heavy duty 50mm thickness and Inch diameter & net wire lightening mechanism with the post all system as per International Standard. (b) Net & Volleyball Synthetic Net (Size 10 x 1 mtr) made of 10 cm square black/ white mesh with synthetic tape on all four sides (tape 14 cm on top & 10 cm at bottom) & both side nylon tope) (c) Antenna. Volleyball Antenna (Size- 1.80 Mtr long x 10 mm diameter made of fiberglass with red and white marking and synthetic tape for lightening in net with Velcro.

Volleyball Flood Lighting

(a) Four 20ft high from ground level MS Medium Size Pipe Electric Poles including square frame for lights. (b) Square Frame of MS Pipe Installed on top of the poles. (c) Steps on each pole for maintenance. (d) 1.5 mm 3 core wires from top of the pole to the bottom for each LED Light. (f) MCB 32 Amp and other electrical switches for LED Light in an electrical box, one each for one pole and one main box where all the four pole boxes come. (g) Installing of 8 LED Light 100 watts (Two on each Poles).
