The technical specifications for the SUV vehicles require that they should be in good condition, under five years old, equipped with GPS tracking, and must comply with all safety standards. Additionally, the vehicles should facilitate an efficient and comfortable travel experience for passengers.

The Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) is a monetary guarantee that bidders must submit to demonstrate their seriousness upon bidding. The specific amount for the EMD will be mentioned in the tender documents. This deposit will be refunded after the evaluation process to non-selected bidders.
