The registration process entails creating an account on the GEM portal. After registration, bidders can access and submit their proposals for the tender.

Proposals must be submitted in PDF format on the GEM portal. This includes the technical proposal, financial proposal, and all supporting documents required as per the tender guidelines. Ensure that all documents are clearly labeled and organized to facilitate the evaluation process.

The performance security requirements pertain to a mandatory bank guarantee or fixed deposit aimed at ensuring commitment from the bidder for the project duration. This security will be stipulated as a percentage of the total contract value, ensuring compliance with delivery and installation timelines.
