Scope of Work and Objectives

The winning bidder will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Supply and installation of an asphalt base suitable for outdoor recreational surfaces.
  • Provision of a primer and resurface cushion coat.
  • Installation of the primary synthetic VOLLEYBALL COURT surface, including the necessary precoat and overlying finishes.
  • Inclusion of volleyball accessories which may encompass lighting provisions, electric scoreboards, umpire chairs, and chain link fencing.

Dressing of soil after removing existing grass and weeds and Compaction of the sub base will be 8 to 10 grade and Carry out anti termite and weedicide on the total area by spraying ton roller and Lay a layer 85mm 65mm compact water bound macadam in one two layers respectively and WDM to be density compacted by keying and inter locking the stones to ensure that no settlement takes place and Lay a 30mm compacted thick hot mix Asphalt BM course and Lay a 30mm compacted thick hot mix Asphalt BM course and Lay a 20mm compacted thick hot mix A C course and Seal coat with stone dust and An open saucer drains at a lower end and 6 inch Retaining or Edge wall for support

Primer Resurface Cushion Coat Precoat and Overline

1 Primer layer KDF ITF APPROVED will be fo the Concrete Primer which is a high strength acrylic primer that helps in enhancing the adhesion of the court acrylic coating and 1 The next layer KDF ITF APPROVED will be Acrylic Resurface which is the 100 percentage acrylic based emulsion blended with selected fibers and fillers to be used for smoothing rough pavments and 2 The next coating KDF ITF APPROVED will be Rubber Cushion which helps in giving smother finish and better level of comfort and After that 2 Layer ITF APPROVED the colour coating is provided applied which is wear resistance and It is a 100 percentage acrylic emulsion consisting of brilliant pigments and quality polymers that are blended into a high concentrated form and 100 percentage Acrylic Synthatic Floor KDF based high hiding line paints
