Scope of Work and Objectives
The objective of this tender is to establish a Customized Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) for pre-owned products, including various types of air conditioning units and refrigerators. The scope of work encompasses the Comprehensive Maintenance Contracts (CMC) for the following categories:
- Split Window Cassette ACs – 104 units with compressors.
- Hiwall Inverter Split ACs – 14 units without compressors.
- Window ACs – 3 units without compressors.
- Refrigerators and Deep Freezers/Chest Coolers – comprising various models from reputed brands including Bluestar, Voltas, Hitachi, Daikin, and others.
The qualified bidder will be responsible for regular maintenance, required repairs, and ensuring optimal functioning of the listed equipment over a period of one year, as detailed in Annexure A (Scope of Work) and Part A-D of the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) attached as Annexure B.
