This tender invites experienced contractors to submit proposals for establishing a Computer Lab that includes a variety of essential components and materials. The scope of work encompasses the design and construction of a fully functional computer lab environment. The objectives of this project are to create a conducive learning atmosphere equipped with modern computing facilities, ensuring a comfortable workspace.

Scope of Work and Objectives

The awarded contractor will be responsible for installing a False Ceiling, wall paneling (1600 sqft), wall putti and painting, and electrical fittings including lighting and wire fittings. In addition, the project will involve integrating an air conditioning unit (2 Ton, Hot and Cold), wall fans, and provision for socket switches at each workstation. Other essential components include workstations, ergonomic chairs, VIP desk tables, and VIP chairs.

The installation of modern teaching aids is equally important, which consists of a whiteboard (4 x 3 ft), a digital wall clock, a multimedia projector, and a wall mount motorized screen.

IT infrastructure will also be provided, which includes an all-in-one desktop (HP), a 24-port Layer 2 switch, an 8-port switch, UTP cable (Cat 6), and a 10 KVA Online UPS. Other ancillary equipment includes crimping tools, LAN cable testers, RJ 45 connectors, server towers, and a rack (6U). The system will also be equipped with CCTV cameras, accompanied by a 4-channel NVR with a 1TB hard disk.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible to bid, contractors must have prior experience in similar project implementations. Additionally, registered entities with adequate financial stability and the appropriate licensing aligned with the nature of this tender will also be required. All bidders must possess a valid GST registration along with any other certificates as mandated by the Ministry of Defence.

Technical Requirements

Contractors must demonstrate their ability to fulfill specific technical requirements. This includes but is not limited to adhering to prevailing quality standards, compliance with safety regulations, and ensuring effective project completion timelines. All materials delivered must meet the specified quality standards.

Financial Requirements
