The selected vendor will be responsible for providing petrol/diesel-driven, AC, 12-seater (11+1) or more close-body vehicles as per the following scope:

• Supply and operation of vehicles for 12 hours daily, covering approximately 3000 KM per month.
• Vehicle specifications must include modern, well-maintained vehicles with valid registration, insurance, fitness certificates, and road permits.
• Vehicle registration should not be older than 3 years from the date of tender opening.
• Documentation such as R.C. Book, insurance, fitness certificate, road tax, and permit must be self-attested and submitted during the bid.
• Vehicle offering must include a certificate on firm’s letterhead confirming that the vehicle is not already allocated to GETCO or other firms.
• Work experience in similar transportation services for government or reputed organizations.
• Pricing should be quoted on ARC basis, covering all operational costs.
