The eligibility requirements include being a registered entity with relevant experience in providing power generation equipment. Bidders must present valid licenses, certifications, and demonstrate financial stability. Additionally, they should have prior experience in similar projects to ensure their competencies align with the project’s objectives.

The DG Sets must fulfill stringent technical specifications, including a rated output of up to 900 KVA, fuel efficiency, and adherence to local and national emissions standards. All components should come from reputable manufacturers and meet international quality certifications to guarantee high operational performance and reliability.

Payment terms will be discussed upon selection of the bidders post-evaluation, ensuring fairness and transparency. A performance security deposit may also be required to safeguard the timely delivery and performance of the power generators, equaling a specified percentage of the contract value to ensure contractual compliance.

Submissions will be evaluated in a structured manner, starting with compliance assessment against eligibility requirements. This will be followed by a technical evaluation based on the proposals’ adherence to the specified requirements, and finally, a financial evaluation of those technical bids complying with the previous standards, ensuring the selection process prioritizes quality and competitive pricing.
